CONDITION 1 PLANS

A planning permit issued either by Council or VCAT is likely to contain the requirement of ‘Condition 1’ plans. These need to be satisfied prior to endorsement of the final approved plans.

On behalf of a client we can:

  • co-ordinate designers and other specialist consultants to prepare final documentation for endorsement,

POST PERMIT AMENDMENTS

For many reasons a planning permit or endorsed development plans need to be changed prior to either issue of a Building Permit or commencement of the project.

There are two town planning process options to make these changes.

At DLM Town Planning we can manage the project changes through Council by utilising one of the following planning process options;

  1. Secondary Consent Amendment or
  2. Section 72 Amendment.
